CARACTERISTICS: ricotta is obtained for outcrop from the whey, after processing of the milk for the cheese, with the addition of milk and cream. It should be eaten fresh.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

CRUST: no crust

PASTE: of white milk color, soft and delicate

FLAVOUR: very sweet, delicate and creamed.
