INGREDIENTS: cow’s organic milk, exclusively from farms of the plateau of Tambre-Spert-Cansiglio, salt, rennet.
CHARACTERISTICS: non-pressed cheese made from pasteurized whole milk, semi-cooked soft paste , aged for about 25 days .
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
• CRUST: thin of pale yellow color.
• PASTE: soft and chewy, of pale yellow color, lightly pitted
• FLAVOR: very sweet, palatable
