INGREDIENTS: cow’s organic milk, exclusively from farms of the plateau of Tambre-Spert-Cansiglio, milk cream, salt, rennet.
CHARACTERISTICS: non-pressed cheese made from pasteurized whole milk, semi-cooked soft paste with added milk cream aged for about 15 days
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
• CRUST: almost not existent
• PASTE: very soft, creamy rarely pitted
• FLAVOR: sweet and creamy with scents of cooked butter and cream.
