INGREDIENTS: cow’s organic milk, exclusively from farms of the plateau of Tambre-Spert-Cansiglio, salt, rennet, lactic.

CHARACTERISTICS: cheese made with whole pasteurized milk, spun paste in loaves of 350 gr. each.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

CRUST: no crust

PASTE: of white milk color, soft and thick

FLAVOUR: sweet and delicate, smells of fresh milk .
