CHARACTERISTICS: cheese made with whole pasteurized milk, spun paste in loaves of 350 gr. each.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
• CRUST: no crust
• PASTE: of white milk color, soft and thick
• FLAVOUR: sweet and delicate, smells of fresh milk .
