INGREDIENTS: cow’s organic milk, exclusively from farms of the plateau of Tambre-Spert-Cansiglio, salt, rennet.
CHARACTERISTICS: cheese made with whole pasteurized milk, semi-pressed paste aged for about 30/40 days.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
• CRUST: thin and delicate, to be tasted after cooking.
• PASTE: is solid totally without holes, it melts after cooking maintaining its structure
• FLAVOUR: sweet, milky taste with intense grassy flavor .
