Milk and cheeses, certified biological products
The Centro Caseario products are manufactured using only milk from our farm in compliance with international and national regulations (I.C.E.A. - Istituto per la Certificazione Etica e Ambientale) about biological agriculture.
Animals are bred on account of their natural needs by using biologically produced foodstuffs.
An unspoiled environment, severe regulations undersigned by all Members and strict control measures ensure the production of organic milk and "friendly" cheese making procedures.
