INGREDIENTS: whey, cream and milk only produced in the plateau of Tambre-Spert-Cansiglio

BIOLOGICAL CERTIFICATE: IT BIO ICA E 311

PRODUCTION PROCESS: it is obtained by smoking the salted fresh ricotta with beech wood.

It is a revival of an ancient cheese conservation practice.

PACKAGES: ca. 0.3 kg vacuum-packed

STORAGE TIME: 90 days

HOW TO USE: It is delicious as cheese or grated (with a grater) on pasta, gnocchi (Italian dumplings) and cooked vegetables.

It complements these recipes with an ancient taste.
