Cru - Raw milk cheese
INGREDIENTS: cow’s organic milk, exclusively from farms of the plateau of Tambre-Spert-Cansiglio, salt, rennet.
CHARACTERISTICS: pressed cheese made with raw whole milk, semi-cooked paste aged for about 180 days.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
• CRUST: hard and thick.
• PASTE: very rich texture of pale yellow color, that intensify in summer productions with evident and irregular holes but uniformly distributed.
• FLAVOUR: very tasty, with intense scents of grass and hay.
