Wild berries pie
Ingredients:
a 28 cm diameter short crust base - 100 gr. Cansiglio PANNARELLO ( cream cheese ) - 200 gr . Cansiglio FRESH RICOTTA (cottage cheese) - cream, sugar, vanilla extract as required - wild berries (raspberries, bilberries, blackberries ...)
Preparation:
Pierce the base with a fork and bake (180 °C) until it gets a slightly golden colour. Rapidly mix together PANNARELLO, RICOTTA, sugar, vanilla extract and cream with a mixer until smooth. Spread filling on the prepared crust. Sprinkle with wild berries and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
