PENNE WITH CANSIGLIO MOZZARELLA
Ingredients (for 4 people):
400 gr . penne ( quills ) - 100 gr . CANSIGLIO STAGIONATO (matured cheese), grated - 300 gr . Cansiglio mozzarella
Preparation:
Boil the penne until they are tender yet firm to the bite, drain and toss them with butter and grated "CANSIGLIO STAGIONATO" cheese. Place them on a baking dish and sprinkle with cubed Cansiglio mozzarella. Add some tablespoons of HIGHEST-QUALITY CANSIGLIO FRESH MILK Bake for a few minutes.
